Welcome to the mti24 FAQ. Navigate the menu to find help on a number of topics. If you can’t find what you’re looking for please contact us at [email protected] and we will aim to respond within 24 hours. Any of your questions or queries which we think would be helpful to other users will be added to our FAQ’s.

Once you have logged into your MTI24 account using your personal account number and password you will arrive to the ‘My Account’ page (If you are already logged in, you can click the ‘My Account’ button in the top right hand corner of the page).

On your “MY ACCOUNT” page you will find the “DEPOSIT NOW” button, click on it to fund your MTI24 account using one of MTI24 deposit methods.

Once you have completed your deposit, MTI24 will credit your account within 1 business day and an invoice will be sent to your e-mail. Although MTI24 does not charge any fees for deposits, you may incur fees from your bank.

Once you have logged into your MTI24 account using your personal account number and you will arrive to the ‘My Account’ page (If you are already logged in, you can click the ‘My Account’ button in the top right hand corner of the screen).

On the left hand side you will see a number of options including ‘Withdraw’. Click this button and you will be taken through the steps.

Once you have completed these steps we will send the funds back to you within 1 business day (This does not include any delays caused by banks ) and you will receive an email confirmation once this is complete. Although we do not charge for withdrawals, you may incur fees from your bank. We will only accept a withdrawal request if the funds are to be returned to the original method of deposit.

Once you have chosen your MTI24 account type you may click on ‘Open Account’ from either the home page, the ‘Accounts’ drop down menu or on the ‘MTI24 accounts’ page. At this point just follow the instructions and provide all of the necessary information, including the required documentation. When this has been completed you will receive a confirmation email containing your account number and password which you will later use to log in to your MTI24 account and to MTI24 trading platforms.

If you can’t remember your password simply select ‘Forgot password?’ on the login page.

If you are not logged in please select ‘login’ in the top right corner, when you login you will be directed to the ‘My Account’ page automatically. If you are already logged in you can select ‘My Account’, also in the top right corner.

Once you are on this page you have many options: Open additional account, make deposits and withdrawals, request higher leverage, update your personal/contact information and start trading on any of your accounts.

For the complete protection of customer capital all client funds are held with only the major global banks, completely separate from all MTI24 funds and assets.

On top of this, all retail customers have access to the Investor Compensation Fund, guaranteeing deposits up to a maximum of €20,000 in the event of a default.

There are several ways to take advantage of our award winning trading platform. You can access the newly redeveloped HTML5 platform, compatible with Windows and MacOS by logging in to your account and selecting ‘Start Trading’ on the ‘My Account’ page.

On top of our web platform we have an iOS & Android app so you can enjoy the platform on the go, just search ‘Leverate Sirix’ in your respective app store.

In order to log into sirix you simply use the account number and password you received in the sign up confirmation email. Make sure you select the correct environment when logging in, for example if you have created a live Sirix account, select ‘Sirix Live’ in the ‘Environment’ drop down menu.

First you must log into your account and visit the ‘My Account’ page. If you have a Live account you will see on the left hand side the option ‘Request Higher Leverage’. If you have multiple accounts please ensure you have selected the correct account for the request and please note that this can only be done on Live accounts.

Once you have made your request our compliance department will review and make a decision whether to approve or not.
